CINCINNATI, Jan. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: FFBC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 2, 2020.

As of December 31, 2019, the Company had $14.5 billion in assets, $9.2 billion in loans, $10.2 billion in deposits and $2.2 billion in shareholders' equity.
