OAK BROOK, Ill., Feb. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on its common stock. This represents an increase of $0.01 per share, or approximately 13%, compared to the dividend declared in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2021.
