Falvey Insurance Group Welcomes Gina Perini to Board of Directors

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I., March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Falvey Insurance Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gina Perini to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Gina is Chair of the Board & Chief Executive Officer at Somos, Inc. She brings her extensive experience in global communications, innovation, and customer-centric strategy to Falvey. Prior to leading Somos, Gina was an attorney at GTC Law Group & Affiliates and Foley Hoag LLP, where she advised global enterprises on corporate strategy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance in emerging digital markets.
