Fall Fest coming to Everedy Square & Shab Row on Sept 27-28

DOWNTOWN FREDERICK, Md., Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Downtown Frederick Partnership will host the second annual Fall Fest @ Everedy Square & Shab Row on September 27 and 28. The event will welcome fall in Downtown Frederick with seasonal family-fun, local flavors and festive activities all weekend long.

Entry to Fall Fest is FREE and open to the public. Festival hours are Saturday, September 27, from 11am to 7pm and Sunday, September 28, from 11am-5pm.

During the weekend-long festival, attendees will experience new events daily, while enjoying fall-inspired food and drinks, live music at the Shab Row Stage, DIY crafts for all ages, a fall produce farmstand, local shopping and more. Special events include:

Live Pumpkin Carving on Saturday, September 27 from 11am-3pm. Professional Food Artist, Nancy Baker, who has been featured on The Food Network, Disney+ and The Kelly Clarkson Show, will bring her talents to Downtown Frederick with a live pumpkin carving demonstration right in the heart of Everedy Square & Shab Row.

Outdoor Goat Yoga returns to Downtown Frederick on Saturday, September 27 at 11am and 1pm. Goat for the Soul will host an outdoor yoga class open to all skill-levels and ages, while providing a farm-like experience with goats in participation. Spaces are limited, get your tickets at downtownfrederick.org/fallfest.  

Community Art Project at Eastside Artists' Gallery on Saturday, September 27 while supplies last. Participants will create their masterpiece inside frames as part of a unique mural that will be on display for all to see during the festival on Sunday, September 28. 

Local Craft Beer Garden on the Everedy Patio from 2pm-6pm on Saturday, September 27. Attendees who are 21+ can enjoy craft beer from Idiom Brewing Co while soaking in the fall festivities. Food truck favorite Mayta's Peruvian Cuisine will be on-site as well from 2pm-6pm.

New this year, a free Petting Zoo will allow attendees to enjoy an up-close animal experience behind Shab Row from 11am-5pm on Sunday, September 28.
