Fairway Home Mortgage Delivers the 4^th Installment of the Only Reality Docuseries About Mortgage Loan Officers

MADISON, Wis., Sept. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fairway Home Mortgage has released the 4^th season of its reality docuseries L.O. Confidential -- the only series that goes behind the scenes with teams of mortgage loan officers, detailing the pressures and struggles they face while trying to succeed during one of the most difficult markets ever. The series is directed by Emmy-winning producer Kirby Bradley. "I pitched the idea of doing a documentary series about Loan Officers the same way my former company HBO did Hard Knocks about football players," said Bradley. "I thought Fairway CEO Steve Jacobson, who was a high school football teammate of mine, would laugh at me, but he gave the green light instead."

The first three seasons of L.O. Confidential were formatted in three episodes each. This season, Bradley streamlined the narratives and cut back to just one episode. "This time around, we focused almost purely on the teams' efforts to get mortgages done regardless of the challenges," said Bradley. "It's a tighter structure and a faster viewing experience."
