Victor began his career with FSG 18 years ago as a service electrician in Arizona. From day one, he stood out for his work ethic, integrity, and people-first mindset. These qualities quickly earned him leadership consideration. While serving as Service Manager and Branch Manager, Victor was instrumental in building a thriving FSG operation in Arizona.

In 2015, Victor was granted the opportunity to start an FSG branch in Florida. Just six months after opening, the Florida branch became profitable and has since grown steadily across the Southeast. Under his guidance, the team has stayed grounded in the same mission and values that drew him to FSG in the first place.

In 2024, Victor was promoted to Vice President and appointed to FSG's executive board. Now, as Chief Operating Officer of Services, he brings a unique combination of operational expertise and servant leadership to a role that will shape FSG's continued commitment to delivering exceptional service nationwide.
