Tom Rogers Appointed CEO, Russel Martorana and Mark Cuddy Step into Consultancy Roles

Former CEO Russel Martorana will continue to work at the firm as a consultant. Russel has led the firm for 30 years, while Tom, who has been with FBinsure for 24 years, most recently served as Chief Growth Officer. Executive Vice President Mark Cuddy will also move into a consultancy role during this transition.
