The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted clearance for Lomond's Investigational New Drug (IND) application for a Phase 1 clinical study of lonitoclax, a selective BCL-2 inhibitor, in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and select low-grade lymphomas.
