With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Andrew brings a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, leading successful retail sales teams, and driving growth through innovative lending programs.

Andrew has held senior leadership positions at some of the country's most well-known financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and U.S. Bank. His extensive background spans national roles in business development, program management, and strategic partnerships.

In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for expanding Evergreen's footprint through partnership-driven growth strategies, including builder and affinity relationships, and other national initiatives aimed at enhancing retail production and market presence.

At Wells Fargo, Andrew served as Head of Business Development Programs, where he led a diverse range of strategic partnership channels, including Builder, Corporate Affinity, Relocation, Wealth Management, and Union Plus. Prior to that, at Bank of America, he served as Head of Business Development, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the bank's national builder and affinity platforms. Earlier in his career, Andrew held a national leadership role at JPMorgan Chase where he led the expansion of the bank's new construction condominium lending presence through strategic partnerships and operational innovation. Most recently, at U.S. Bank, he served as Regional Production Manager for the Mid-Atlantic, transforming the region into one of the company's top-performing territories in new construction lending.
