In this position, Hawkins will oversee all revenue-generating activities in the Americas, strategically transforming the company's vision into scalable, long-term profitable growth.

Hawkins is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in automotive and has an established network in the software and EV space, as well as in the solar and battery industries. She has a strong track record in developing strategic partnerships, exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams. Prior to Elektrobit, Hawkins spent time at Eaton, Freudenberg-NOK and most recently ETAS, a subsidiary of Bosch.
