The actress, entrepreneur and tastemaker joins nine acclaimed designers, home influencers and a professional organizer to transform two stunning residences–a penthouse suite and two-bedroom apartment–inside a luxury condominium in Manhattan's One Park Row. Working in collaboration with REAL SIMPLE editors, this year's home delivers sophistication and high-style functionality to inspire design, décor and DIYs in readers' own homes. This year's REAL SIMPLE Home is complete with 14 designed spaces spanning two units, leaning into the building's striking architecture to create spaces that are both elevated and livable. In the penthouse, designers turned open living areas into inviting spaces, packed storage into the laundry room, and cozied up bedrooms. The vast 1,500 square-foot terrace welcomes entertaining and lounging in a vibrant atmosphere, adorned with colorful accent pieces against light fabrics, backdropped by iconic city views. A second apartment, the "DIY Annex," offers a fresh perspective on resourceful decorating and storage. Modern updates, vintage-inspired touches, and budget-friendly details lend personality while focusing on comfort. 

A highlight of this year's REAL SIMPLE Home is a dedicated "feel-good room," personally designed by Drew Barrymore. The room is filled with soft, soothing textures to encourage relaxation and mindfulness while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. Integrating a calming palette, generous natural light and uncluttered design, the room embodies the idea of creating a sanctuary at home, proving that even a small space can serve a purpose.

"When I was thinking about this assignment, I had to decide what wellness means to me. It means remembering to even put yourself in the mix, let alone first," said Barrymore in the October issue of REAL SIMPLE. "It's a place to sit and a transition. The 2025 REAL SIMPLE Home will open its doors to the public for tours September 19-21 and 26-28. Tickets ($25) are available for purchase at RealSimpleHomeTour.com, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Win, a local non-profit providing shelter and essential services to help families break the cycle of homelessness. The REAL SIMPLE Home is located in the newly built One Park Row, a 24-floor condominium in the historic Financial District, with the penthouse suite represented by real estate brokerage firm SERHANT.
