Debuting at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo in Houston, TX at booth #2306, the new line will target food service partners, including coffee shops, smoothie bars, bakeries, and cafes nationwide.

Eclipse's Non-Dairy Whole Milk delivers on flavor, stability, sweetness, and whiteness, the main categories that other plant-based milks fall short in. Its stability allows the milk to foam in hot and cold milk — and hold that foam as long, if not longer, than conventional dairy — and won't settle at the bottom of a drink. The milk has a neutral flavor, unlike the earthy flavors of most plant-based milk alternatives on the market, satisfying the consumer with all of the best traits of conventional milk, minus the dairy.
