As a Medicare-approved facility, DISC's MDR location will expand patient access to the highest level of spine and musculoskeletal care.

These standards, known as Conditions for Coverage (CFCs), encompass such key areas as surgical services, infection control, emergency preparedness and patient rights. The goal is to provide effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered, equitable and timely care.

Procedures now covered for Medicare members in the 11,000 square-foot facility include total joint replacement, artificial disc replacement, microdiscectomies, spinal fusion and spinal cord stimulators, among others.
