Zylman founded Grey Owl Partners in 2019 and previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunland Capital, which he co-founded in 2009. He also spent more than a decade in private equity and investment banking with SCF Partners and Merrill Lynch's Global Energy & Power Group. His background in investments, finance and building businesses will bring additional perspective to the company's financial planning and strategy.
Duncan most recently served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for the Houston Rockets and previously as Chief Marketing Officer for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also spent more than a decade with Nike and Under Armour, working with global brands and some of the biggest names in sports. Duncan will bring that experience to David Weekley Homes to help connect brand and marketing strategy to the company's broader business goals, identify new ways to reach customers and support long-term growth.
