D.K. SMITH & CO. CLOSES ACQUISITION OF PLANET

CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- D.K. Smith & Co. completed the acquisition of PLANET by Lauren G ("PLANET"), a luxury fashion brand. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

D.K. Smith & Co. is the middle-market private equity division of DKS Capital Partners (dkscap.com), an alternative asset manager with offices in Coral Gables, FL, and Jackson, WY.
