Cornerstone Capital Bank receives Scotsman Guide Top Originator Rankings; leads industry in total loan volume originated and total funded loans per loan officer

HOUSTON, Texas, April 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cornerstone Capital Bank is proud to announce that over one third of its residential mortgage loan officers have earned coveted spots as Scotsman Guide 2025 Top Originators.

The Scotsman Guide rankings evaluated more than 5,500 loan officers to determine the nation's highest loan originators based on loan volume, the number of funded loans, and other specialized categories, with minimum requirements being $25 million in annual funded loan volume or at least 75 closed loans.

The recognition by Scotsman Guide includes loan officers from Cornerstone Home Lending, the residential mortgage division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, as well as Cornerstone's family of joint venture mortgage partnerships with home builders and realty brokerages.

Additionally, loan officers at Cornerstone and its family of companies again achieved industry-leading production levels in 2024. The average loan officer funded more than twice the number of home loans and originated more than double the amount of annual loan volume in 2024 compared to the performance of the average loan officer of the next closest competitor.
