Contra Costa County Representative Sue Noack Elected MTC Chair
Noack originally was elected to the Pleasant Hill City Council in 2014. She served as Mayor in 2016 and 2021 and recently was elected for her third council term. Noack, who has served as Vice Chair of MTC's Regional Network Management Committee, graduated from Bucknell University in 1981 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She worked for several banking institutions and simultaneously earned her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
