Selection marks DIA's first APFIT award, as well as one of the APFIT program's first pure software solutions
The funding will support the deployment and scaling of ConductorAI's Conduit™ platform. Conduit is an agentic AI system that encodes complex policies, tradecraft, and institutional expertise into intelligent decision workflows, enabling analysts and operators to complete document approvals in minutes rather than months. That effort aligns with Executive Order 14179's directive to sustain America's global AI dominance. It also advances the 2026 National Defense Strategy's priority to increase burden-sharing with
The Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering has designated Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) as a critical technology area, with a mandate to transform the Department of War into an "AI-First" organization in alignment with the White House AI Action Plan, fundamentally reshaping decision-making and operational efficiency across the force.
