Majority Growth Recapitalization to Fuel Pearl Meyer's Continued Growth
and Solidify Industry Leadership

Pearl Meyer's management team retains a meaningful stake in the company and will partner closely with Coalesce. Existing minority institutional investors have exited their investment.
