Citrin Cooperman Acquires HW&Co.

NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Citrin Cooperman announced today that it has acquired substantially all the assets of HW&Co., an Ohio-based accounting and advisory firm. This acquisition strengthens Citrin Cooperman's presence in the Midwest region and enhances its service offerings to better serve clients across various industries including healthcare, nonprofit, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, agriculture and others. HW&Co. joins Citrin Cooperman with 14 partners and over 140 employees.
