Century Communities Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Feb. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Century Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCS), one of the nation's largest homebuilders, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share, an increase of 10 percent over the previous $0.29 per share. This dividend is payable on March 11, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2026.
