CenterCal Properties Appoints Brian Moss as Head of Capital and Strategy

NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CenterCal Properties LLC, a leading vertically integrated real estate developer and investment firm specializing in retail and mixed-use destinations across the western United States, today announced the appointment of Brian Moss as Head of Capital and Strategy. Moss will report directly to Jean Paul Wardy, CEO and Founder of CenterCal, and will serve on both the firm's Executive Board and Investment Committee.

Moss brings more than 20 years of experience in retail and mixed-use real estate, spanning acquisitions, asset management, portfolio development and capital markets. He joins CenterCal from Coventry Real Estate Advisors, a private equity firm focused on U.S. retail and retail-driven mixed-use assets, where he served as Principal and Head of Acquisitions & Capital Markets.

During his tenure at Coventry, Moss led the sourcing, structuring, and capitalization of investments across multiple market cycles, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20 million square feet across 43 states. He also served on Coventry's Investment Committee. Prior to Coventry, Moss worked in Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking and Private Equity groups.
