MIAMI, Feb. 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Premium Development Inc. recently received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Miami for FIFTEEN Apartments, marking a significant achievement for the company. This is PREMIUM Development's second community in the City of Miami, demonstrating its resolve and love for Miami. FIRST Apartments, a 192-unit market-rate mid-rise, was completed in 2021 and is home to their corporate headquarters.

An 8-story mid-rise nestled in the heart of the Miami Health District, FIFTEEN Apartments offers 132 market rate apartment homes ranging from studios to two bedrooms.
