Leading Social Services Case Management Solution Provider to be Acquired by Salt Lake City Based Social and Human Services Case Management Platform Company

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CaseWorthy, Inc, headquartered in Salt Lake City and backed by private equity firm STG, has acquired Eccovia, Inc., a leading software and services company that provides innovative case management and data analytics solutions to social and human services providers. This acquisition results in one of the largest purpose-built case-management platform companies and underscores CaseWorthy's commitment to being the leader in the social and human services case and program management market.
