"Atten Hill" will be a premium and exclusive residential development in Horseshoe Bay, TX

AUSTIN, Texas, March 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Crescent Real Estate LLC ("Crescent") today announced it has broken ground on a new, exclusive development at Horseshoe Bay to be called Atten Hill. The 92-lot residential offering will be located on a 114-acre site in the Summit Rock community and will overlook Lake LBJ and the Summit Rock golf course. It will be the first luxury neighborhood built in Horseshoe Bay in more than a decade.

Additionally, homeowners will benefit from Atten Hill's location next to the upcoming $40 million Summit Rock Clubhouse and Amenity Center, which will be available to all Summit Rock golf members. Included with the Summit Rock membership for Atten Hill homeowners is access to:
