CORVEX STATEMENT ON ENTAIN PLC

NEW YORK, Dec. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Corvex Management LP ("Corvex") today announced that funds affiliated with Corvex recently acquired approximately 28 million shares¹ of Entain PLC (LSE: ENT) ("Entain" or the "Company"), representing approximately 4.4% of the total shares outstanding.

Corvex issued the following statement regarding its investment:
