CON EDISON DECLARES COMMON STOCK DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of 83 cents a share on its common stock, payable December 16, 2024 to stockholders of record as of November 13, 2024.

Consolidated Edison, Inc. is one of the nation's largest investor-owned energy-delivery companies, with approximately $15 billion in annual revenues for year-ended 2023 and $68 billion in assets as of June 30, 2024.
