CIVISTA BANCSHARES, INC. DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER COMMON DIVIDEND

SANDUSKY, Ohio, Oct. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIVB) ("Civista") announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per common share, consistent with the prior quarter, to shareholders of record date November 4, 2025, payable November 18, 2025. 

This dividend represents a payout of approximately $3.3 million. Based on the Civista's closing stock price of common shares of $20.31 on September 30, 2025, the quarterly dividend produces an annualized yield of 3.35%.
