NEW YORK, April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share on its outstanding common stock. The common stock dividend is payable on May 22, 2020 to common shareholders of record as of May 8, 2020.
The CIT board of directors also declared a semi-annual cash dividend on the Series A preferred stock of $29.00 per share payable on June 15, 2020 to Series A preferred shareholders of record as of May 29, 2020.
In addition, the CIT board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Series B preferred stock of $0.3515625 per share payable June 15, 2020 to Series B preferred shareholders of record as of May 29, 2020.
