CHICKEN SALAD CHICK UNWRAPS THE FLAVOR OF THE HOLIDAYS

A New Chick Is Here to Make the Season Merrier

ATLANTA, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken Salad Chick, the nation's only fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, is spreading holiday cheer with Mary Mistletoe, a festive new chicken salad inspired by the classic flavors of the holidays.

Mary Mistletoe puts a seasonal twist on Chicken Salad Chick's signature chicken salad, balancing sweet cranberries with a savory blend of rosemary, sage and thyme for a flavor that captures the comforting taste of the season.

"We wanted Mary Mistletoe to capture the warmth and familiar flavors that make the holidays so special," said Scott Deviney, President and CEO of Chicken Salad Chick. "Inspired by the traditions that bring people together this time of year, this is our way of adding a little extra holiday cheer to the table and creating another reason for our guests to gather with the people who matter most."

Available now through Jan. 2, 2027, guests can enjoy this limited-time offering as a scoop, sandwich, melt or Quick Chick. Mary Mistletoe is also available as a featured flavor in catering offerings, making it a festive addition to holiday gatherings.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Chicken Salad Chick is also bringing back its annual Giving Card promotion, which has raised more than $2 million for childhood cancer research and food banks nationwide. For $5, guests can purchase a Giving Card and receive access to more than $75 in monthly rewards redeemable through the Chicken Salad Chick app. Proceeds benefit CURE Childhood Cancer and local food organizations dedicated to fighting hunger in their communities. Giving Cards are available at all Chicken Salad Chick locations through Dec. 31, 2026.

Also continuing through Jan. 2, 2027, are two seasonal favorites: Pumpkin Spice Cake, featuring warm spices and cream cheese frosting, and Chicken Poblano Soup, a hearty blend of chicken, poblano peppers, corn, black beans, and a hint of lime.
