Melanie Bella has joined ProgenyHealth's Board of Managers. Bella is an Executive Advisor with Cressey & Company and served as Chair of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC). With 25 years of Medicaid experience, she brings deep expertise in health policy, government programs, value-based care, and services for people who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.

Previously, Bella served as Executive Vice President of Policy and Duals Strategy for Cityblock Health, a value-based provider focused on Medicaid and dual-eligible populations. She was the first Director of the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and previously served as Medicaid Director for the state of Indiana. Bella earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from DePauw University.

Before joining ProgenyHealth, DiDonato served as Chief Operating Officer at Author Health and as General Manager and Senior Vice President at Evolent Health, where he played key roles in expanding operations and supporting organizational growth. He has built a career leading high-performing teams, improving operational effectiveness, and using technology and data to enhance healthcare delivery and member experiences.
