Bill Bell Named Chief Product Officer of Penn Mutual

Appointment elevates product strategy within Penn Mutual's enterprise leadership  

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company (Penn Mutual) announces the promotion of Bill Bell to Chief Product Officer and a member of the company's Enterprise Leadership Team. 

In this role, Bell leads Penn Mutual's integrated product organization, including product development and advanced sales. He is responsible for advancing product strategy, strengthening alignment of product and sales strategies, and helping deliver competitive life insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of the individuals, families, and businesses we serve.

Bell brings more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industries. Prior to his appointment as Chief Product Officer, he served as Vice President of Advanced Sales at Penn Mutual. Throughout his career, Bell has focused on translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and innovative solutions.
