As SVP of Engineering, Stephen Hoffman will drive improvements to BigTime's platform reliability, architecture, and AI adoption. Previously, Hoffman helped enable cloud-native capabilities at Percona, and scaled platforms at Teamworks, and Global Knowledge. At BigTime, he will focus on ensuring the platform continues to support customer growth, stability, and real-time insights while rolling out a new wave of AI functionality.
