CHARLESTON, S.C., June 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, (OTCQX: BKSC) the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share to shareholders of record July 7, 2026, payable July 31, 2026. This represents the 147^th quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders.

Eugene H. Walpole, IV, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to announce another increase in our quarterly cash dividend, raising it by $0.02 per share, or 9%, from the prior quarter.
