Bank of South Carolina Corporation Declares Increased Dividend

CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, (OTCQX: BKSC) the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share to shareholders of record October 7, 2025, payable October 31, 2025.  This represents the 144^th quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders.

Eugene H. Walpole, IV, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "For the first time in our history, we've raised the cash dividend for a second consecutive quarter - a milestone that highlights the strength of our capital and earnings.
