Bank statement loans up to $30 million give qualified self-employed, high-net-worth borrowers another path to home financing through Lendmire.

BOONE, N.C., Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank statement loans up to $30 million are available through Lendmire, LLC for qualifying self-employed borrowers, including high-net-worth business owners, subject to individual lender review and underwriting. Depending on the lender and program, qualifying income is calculated from eligible deposits documented through 12 or 24 months of personal or business bank statements instead of tax returns.

The Boone, North Carolina-based mortgage brokerage announced the financing options for high-value home purchases and refinances. Business owners may generate substantial cash flow while their tax returns reflect business expenses and deductions.
