BLADEX INCREASES COMMON STOCK QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

PANAMA CITY, Feb. 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. ("Bladex" or the "Bank"), announced today its Board of Directors' approval of a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.50 per share corresponding to the fourth quarter of 2023.

The cash dividend is payable March 19, 2024 to the Bank's stockholders as of March 4, 2024 record date.

As of December 31, 2023, Bladex had 36,539,860.73 shares outstanding of all classes.
