BD Board Declares Dividends

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Jan. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.79 per common share, payable on March 31, 2020 to holders of record on March 10, 2020.  The indicated annual dividend rate is $3.16 per share.  In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $15.3125 per share on the 6.125% mandatory convertible preferred stock, Series A, payable on May 1, 2020 to holders of record on April 15, 2020.  This represents $0.7656 per depositary share (NYSE: BDXA).
