Atomic Transport Announces Acquisition of Modern Transport Solutions

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Atomic Transport, Inc. ("Atomic" or the "Company"), a leading specialized waste services company providing bulk-material transport and transfer station management services, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Modern Transport Solutions ("Modern") with transfer operations and transportation in multiple markets in Arizona and Colorado. The transaction closed on January 23, 2025.
