Atlantic Energy Completes Customer Transition of Flagship Power and JUICE 

HOUSTON, March 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Energy and Mothership Energy are excited to announce the successful transfer of customers served by the Flagship Power and JUICE brands in Mothership's MI Texas REP 1 to Atlantic Energy's Texas brands, AE Texas and Atlantex Power. The transfer of most customers was completed on March 6, 2025.  

This customer transition marks a significant milestone for both companies. For Atlantic, the addition of a large book of high-quality residential customers helps to accelerate their Texas growth plans.  For Mothership, the sale represents the realization of the incubator/white-label model developed for Texas.  As part of the acquisition, all customer terms and conditions, including rate plans, remained unchanged, ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.
