Astemo's INDYCAR SERIES Season Ends with a Josef Newgarden Win

Partnership with Team Penske and Chevrolet spans 14^th consecutive years

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Astemo, Ltd. (hereafter "Astemo"), a global automotive mega-supplier, continued its NTT INDYCAR SERIES partnership with Team Penske for a 14th consecutive season in 2025 as a sponsor of the No. 2 Dallara/Chevrolet driven by Josef Newgarden.

A two-time series champion and the first driver in more than 20 years to achieve back-to-back Indianapolis 500 wins in 2023 and 2024, Newgarden finished the 2025 season with a win at the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix in his hometown of Nashville.

Team Penske and Astemo announced the extension of their INDYCAR partnership for the 2025 season and beyond last year. The Astemo name appears on the front, sides and rear wing of the bright red No. 2 Team Penske Chevrolet.

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Astemo Americas Rob Sharpe noted that Astemo supplies fuel-system components for all of Chevrolet's 2.2-liter two-turbocharged race engines in the INDYCAR series.
