Ardagh Glass Packaging's Quinn Imrie recognized with 2026 Women in Glass Award

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ardagh Glass Packaging-North America (AGP-North America), an operating business of Ardagh Group, is proud to acknowledge that Quinn Imrie, Manager, Quality Control at the Burlington, Wis., production facility, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Women in Glass Award, presented by the Glass Manufacturing Industry Council (GMIC) Glass Awards Committee.

The Women in Glass Award recognizes women who have demonstrated excellence in leading, motivating and developing others in the glass industry. Honorees exemplify leadership in science, technology, engineering, production and manufacturing, while helping advance the industry through sustainability, workforce development, innovation and diversity.

Imrie was nominated by Richard Gutierrez, Plant Manager of AGP-North America's Burlington, Wis., facility, in recognition of her outstanding leadership, commitment to employee development and significant contributions to Quality and operational excellence.

Since joining Ardagh in 2010, Imrie has progressed through a series of leadership roles, while building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. She has played a pivotal role in AGP-North America's Summer Internship Program, mentoring emerging talent and helping strengthen the pipeline of future leaders in the glass manufacturing industry. In addition, Imrie has driven significant operational improvements at the Burlington facility, including the implementation of two enhanced glass gauging booths to improve Quality inspection capabilities and efficiency, as well as the establishment of quarterly Quality Control Quorums that engage employees in Quality awareness initiatives and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.

The Glass Awards Committee recognized Quinn's achievements across several key criteria, including leadership, visible impact on employees, development of others and professional presence, as well as her commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
