Aptive Environmental Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Executive Appointments

PROVO, Utah, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aptive Environmental ("Aptive"), a leading provider of residential pest control services, today announced three additions to its leadership team, naming Shane Hansen as Chief Financial Officer, Ivona Adkins as Chief People Officer and Viviana Harrington as Deputy General Counsel, Compliance. The appointments strengthen key areas across Aptive's finance, people and legal functions as the company continues to invest in the talent and capabilities needed to support its next phase of growth.

Hansen will lead Aptive's finance, technology and data functions, drawing on more than two decades of financial and operational leadership in technology and consumer services. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of leading integrated retailer Transformco, where he led financial and operational strategy across five distinct business units. Earlier in his career, Hansen held senior finance and strategy roles at technology companies including Planful, Vivint Smart Home and Symantec. His direct-to-home experience and track record of driving long-term growth and innovation will support greater coordination across these functions at Aptive.

As Chief People Officer, Adkins will lead Aptive's people and talent strategy, building on a career focused on leadership development and organizational transformation. She joins from Bagel Brands, where she served as Chief People Officer for six years, helping strengthen talent and organizational capabilities across the business. Adkins previously held senior human resources and talent roles across consumer and technology companies, including as Chief People Officer of International Car Wash Group.

Harrington steps into the Deputy General Counsel, Compliance role after more than six years with Aptive, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate and Compliance Counsel. Her tenure with the company gives her a deep understanding of Aptive's business as she takes on expanded responsibilities within the legal function. Prior to joining Aptive, she held legal and compliance roles at Sunnova Energy and Vivint Smart Home.
