Amuze Acquires Sweet Attractions, Strengthening California Operations and Family Entertainment Capabilities

Acquisition brings together local customer relationships, regional service expertise and national equipment and merchandise resources

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Amuze, a national amusement equipment and route-services platform, today announced the acquisition of the operations of Sweet Attractions, a California-based amusement operator serving family entertainment centers, restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues. The transaction also brings affiliated Paramount Amusement Group operations into Amuze. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Sweet Attractions provides equipment installation, operation and ongoing service across arcade games, cranes, redemption attractions and photo booths. The business is growing throughout California and expanding into markets outside the state.

Amuze plans to build its coordinated California operations around a Fresno-based hub while maintaining local field-service coverage. Integration will prioritize customer and employee continuity, shared resources and support for Sweet Attractions' expansion.

Amuze's vertically integrated platform includes Pipeline Games, which designs and manufactures redemption, crane and merchandiser games, and Quality Plush, a supplier of licensed and generic plush merchandise. These businesses will provide Sweet Attractions with equipment, plush and merchandising support, helping venues deliver engaging entertainment experiences.
