DETROIT, Oct. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Ally Financial Inc. (NYSE: ALLY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of the company's common stock, payable on November 15, 2019 to stockholders of record on November 1, 2019.
