Veteran HR executive will lead initiatives in culture, talent, and integration to support Allworth's nationwide growth
Green brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience in financial services, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Osaic, one of the nation's largest independent wealth management firms. At Osaic, he oversaw HR for more than 2,400 employees and supported a network of more than14,000 financial advisors. He led large-scale cultural transformations, integrated multiple acquisitions, and launched people analytics and engagement initiatives that directly improved employee retention and business outcomes.
