Allium Financial Advisors Acquires Irvington Capital

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Allium Financial Advisors, LLC (Allium) announces its 12/31/2024 acquisition of Irvington Capital, LLC's (Irvington Capital) assets, a Portland, Oregon-based investment advisory firm.

Founded over 15 years ago, Irvington Capital was managed by principal owner, Michael (Mick) Elfers. Like Allium, Irvington Capital was independently operated and employee owned. Following the close of this acquisition, Allium has over $650 million under management with an additional $50 million in assets managed in two independently operated, niche fund-of-funds alternative investment strategies.
