Mackes as Chief Delivery Officer. With over 30 years of federal contracting experience, Martin is a strategic and results-driven executive known for scaling delivery organizations and enhancing operational performance. He has managed large-scale programs for federal clients across the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Intelligence Community, and Civilian agencies.

Before Advanced IT, Martin served as Chief Delivery Officer at Jefferson Solutions Group and Avantus Federal (formerly E3 Federal Solutions), where he significantly contributed to company growth and established unified program management frameworks. His earlier leadership includes roles at Dependable Global Solutions, Unisys Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
