Adorama Inc., Parent Company of Leisure Pro, Acquires Scuba.com

NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Adorama Inc., parent company of Leisure Pro, the number one store for scuba diving and snorkeling equipment, announced today the acquisition of Scuba.com, adding to its watersports equipment portfolio. Together, Leisure Pro and Scuba.com represent the two largest scuba diving equipment retail sites.

The acquisition of Scuba.com closed October 25, 2019. Financial terms were not disclosed.
