Addicus Unveils Battery II, A Bold New Chapter for Downtown Birmingham

The Painted Lady is a reimagined boutique hotel that honors Birmingham's architectural heritage with thoughtfully restored interiors and bespoke design. Bygones is a sophisticated bar concept where guests can gather over curated cocktails prepared by top mixologists.

When development on the site stalled Addicus brought vision, rooted in strategic expertise and community commitment. The firm navigated complex regulatory and financial challenges to bring the development across the finish line.
